Up and down arrows not working on Front Row Closed

Hello,
 I was using Front Row, and I noticed my down arrow button wasn't working. My up arrow works, and it makes this noise on Front Row, like a heavy bell sound, that's normal. But I got nothing from the down arrow. Can anyone help me?

Dear Emma,

Please check within the rows have not been freezed. This might be the reason why 

you are unable to navigate within. Also check the below Kioskea FAQ article which
