Easynote vista password problem

Hello,
i did a recovery to factory setting and on start up when i entered my password i got "user namre or assword is incorrect" i clicked on "reset password" and was asked to insdert a removable media such as a usb flash drive which i do not have , i inserted a memory stick and up came password reset wizard, this told me to be able to use the wizard i must have a password reset disc. i have not got one. can anyone help me as i cannot gain access at all!. regards.
