Hello,
hi i m sohi my creative zen neon 2 1.07.04 version player is not playing any music n showing pic< when i connect it with my pc then its shows in that whts the problem how can solve it

Please check whether the format of the files are compatible

with the application that you are using. This should be the

reason for this problem.
