Pendrive Problem

Hello,
I have a problem with my pen drive. It is 8GB. But first of all it detects as CD rom (!), it also shows 3 partitions, one is CD ROM, other 2 are huge size like, 1652 TB disk in unknown format and I won’t be able to format it! I think it infected with virus. I tried 7/8 anti virus in different PC’s, but no result. I wonder does anyone have any suggestions how to fix this problem??
