Pendrive not working

Hello,
sir my pen drive is dectecting as i attach to any pc and it was working earlier.so what should i do.plz suggest me something.

today i have added data in pendrive and i removed my pendrive.when i inserted my pendrive again pc is not detecting or its is not showing any driver of pendrive .
