Browser problems

Hello,
when i try to open my an 2 error messages appear:
1) AVG Network scanner Service has stopped working.
2) Windows Explorer has stopped working.

please help me

Dear Ash,

Please consider restoring your system to a previous date from

where you weren't getting any of these troubles. This will hence

solve the problem and you will no more get the messages and

possible corrupted files will be repaired automatically.
