Windows 98: need help on youtube

Hello, I can't watch a vid on youtube and i can't play games. Yes, i have a flash and my script is on. It shows me that "sorry, this is a illegel oporation. I don't have fire walls ethirer. The browser i'm using is Opera and it still says it on my other browsers. PLEASE HELP, but i can still look at pics and listen to music.
