Hello,
buenos dias aman...i read the threads bout you at a site...i want to instal xp on my LG R510 laptop its new 3 weeks i gues..vista has many bugs..i play online games and then its so laggy..1st problem i dont know if windows XP is compatible with my laptop LG R510...2nd problem how wil i install XP? how much does it cost? do i relly need to buy a cd or wat? to install it?pls help me aman...tnx i ahve to sleep its 1am..ben reading the threads

hi there,

yes you need to purchase a cd to install xp on your laptop

then in bios disable sata ,save setting and boot from installation disk

without forgetting you must download drivers for xp

It is very difficult to downgrade a Vista laptop to XP. If you have to ask these questions it indicates you do not that sufficient technical background to attempt this with any chance of success. You might end up with a nonfunctional PC and need to pay someone to re-install Vista. You might want to use Google to search for "dual boot Vista and XP" this method can add Windows XP without removing Vista.
