Hello,
i just bought a new laptop acer and i cant find bluetooth it has a bluetooth symbol but when i turn it on it says no bluetooth device what does this mean? that i have no bluetooth on the laptop or what can you help?

hi there,

normally you should have bluetooth in the machine

but its not integrated in ,you must add a usb bluetooth dongle to make it work
