My cams not working

Hello,
hi there i have a Compaq Presario CQ40 laptop i had it upgraded and no my cameras not working and i cant even open it i dunno where to locate it. pls help me fix it thanks a lot would gladly appreciate it ;)

Dear Ping,

Have you also updated the cam's driver? This information will be

essential for spotting from where the problem is coming.
