Hello,
my son deleted some files of his computer now it will not load up have you any ideas

Try in Safe mode...If not formate OS

Dear Sir,

Consider booting in safe mode and getting to Accessories> System Tools and select

System Restore. This will definitely fix up the problem that you are actually having.
