Hello,

whaen i logged on onto my computer there was a blank screen and i tried taskmanager to delete explorer.exe but the fill doesn't exist and i looked through other files but there its anything i can do about it.................... i need to know if there is any other way to retreive my lost icons and other files.... its been two months i am really frustrated............ PLEASE HHHHHHHHEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLLPPPPPPP MEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you have the Windows CD you can do a Windows repair/install. See this site for info:

You should then do a complete virus scan.
