Vista Problem

Hello,
My vista crashed, and went to the blue screen for, and now i can barely make it to safe mode or any mode in general i am trying to load up the vista cd but my sony vaio laptop wont catch the cd model vgn-nr110e, please help!

hi there,

the cd you are using it contains what?

drivers?

or its a recovery disc?

please give more information
