Hello,
my phone is slow so iwas trying to reset by entering 7370 and asking for the security code which when i enter 1234 it's failing, am using e61i amai 3518790125035
please help me

Dear Salim,

The code is actually variable depending on its manufacturer, consider trying

12345 or 00000. Yet if the code has previously been changed you will have to

restore the phone by turning off the phone, then hold 3 * dial up and switch

on the phone until it indicates "formatting".
