Utorrent download

Hello,
I can't download using utorrent now a days. Usually i has 30kb/sec speed but now i am getting only 3 or 4kb/sec.
Other downloads and are working at the usual speed. What can i do to avoid this. plz anybody know what the problem is then plz inform me......

Or you can use an internet accelerator like Internet Cyclone. I've used it and is quite good. You can google it.
