problem in downloading the files from email Closed

Hello,
I have problem in downloading the doc.files and pdf.files from my e-mails. 
When I click on download file there is a message your security system does not allow you to download these files.
Pl, help me to get out of this

Hello, do you use Email Client Software or others? Close the Antivirus Software and try to download again..
