I can't open my mail box, only in my laptop. Closed

Hello,

I am using Windows 2003 and I might have uninstalled a protected program - player.

I can access internet, read articles and plus on the net. But when I try to read my mails the mail box does not open easely and after opening it the computer is very slow and ends up shutting down. When restarted it says taht Fat 32 file system is dirty. 

Please what to do? I am away from home and I need to communicate with family and friends.

hi there,

delete the cookiea nad clear the cache of your browser 

and for slow performance you need to remove all unnecessary files

and free some space

Hallo again.

Thanks with your advice on my orevious question. I leant things I couldn't know.

My computer is now very fast. Internet opens very fast too. However, the problem still continue. When I open the e-mails it shuts down. And says the file FAT #@ is dirty. I cleaned the cache, history and deleted some programs but no.
