Need Batch File Closed

Hello,


I need a batch file to do the following, however I do not have the knowledge, can anyone help? 
1. Batch file to run at the date and time set in the batch file. 
2. Copy file from one  local dir or dir on another local dir in PC. 
3. Rename the file with the current date & time, keeping the extn (mdb)

have you got solution for this. if yes can you share your script with me. because i need to copy the files from local to remote shared folder.
