Dear Sir,
Actually you should contact your network provider to obtain its GPRS Settings but
if they lack information about the manufacturer, you will not be able to get the
settings. If you get to the store and request for the manufacturer contact, you could
contact them and request more information about the matter to see if it can be
solved.
