Acer Aspire one - Windows wont open

Hello,
My Acer Aspire one notebook wont open. When I turn it on it goes through the usual opening sequence and then I get a message " does not have sufficient resources to open API ". Before this happened I deleted some programs to make space and it worked fine. Then Windows downloaded some updates and used up my space. Now I cant open Windows. I would appreciate any suggestions.

I believe You need to do a complete system restore to factory status. Next time don't start deleting things off the computer hard drive. A little knowledge can result in BIG problems.

Thanks for your suggestion to restore to the factory status., The problem is I cant open Windows to do the restore. Any ideas how I can get in to restore.
