GTA IV Display problem

Hello,
I have intel dual core pro, 1 GB ram smx 2 800 bus Ram, Nvidia Gforce 9500 GT 1 GB.
when i play the game, when my Grafice card does not show the area, the total area of game become white.
can you tell me that what is the problem ?

hi there,

you need service pack 2 installed on your system to

be able to play the game

do you have it?

if not then install the pack 2
