I CLICKED RESTORE..AND EVERYTHING IS ERASED!!

SOMEONE please help me!!I clicked restore for my ipod and it erased EVERYTHING on it. Is there anyway I can get them back??

Dear Drae,

If you have restored the iPod, the iPod has been brought to the its

original settings and all the other files have been deleted. You won't

be able to get back the erased files.
