are your drivers installed on laptop?
please check it in device manager
then revert back

Think you can test to use ping to troubleshoot this network problem, hope able to help you.

thanks for ur reply...
i got a new problem.. lan connection is valid only for 5 min.. after then its showing "cannot find server" eventhough my lan connection is plugged in..
