Hello,

I have recently change my hotmail password and have forgotten it and worst of all I have also forgotten my secret question. How do I retreive the password. I need the account back. can someone please help?

hi there,

the secret question/answer is the most important key

to reset a password in a mail account and others

if you forgot it mate then im sorry to say it cannot be recovered unless you remember it

else other choice is to create a new account
