Ntkrnl.exe is corrupted

Hello,
I am facing some problems regarding windows files. Problem is that while booting its showing "ntkrnl.exe is corrupted" and "ntldr is missing". I tried to solve these problem without format the machine. Plez suggest me to
troubleshoot these problems.
