Iphone trouble

Hello,
im trying to transfre a movie from my itunes to my iphone but every time i try to sync it doesnt work. all it says is iphone cant sync photos to the iphone cuz the pictures folder cant be found. im not too good with computers so if someone could help me to transfer this movie on to my phone let me know

Dear Sir,

Perhaps you should convert the video to a specific format.

Try converting it to 3gp or mp4 to see whether it gets

to the phone.

its already an mp4 format
