Restoring factory settings

Hello,

I want to reset my computer back to when I first got it, it is a Packard Bell computer and I cant work out how to reset to back to as if it was new, if anyone can help me with this problem I would be extremely greatful thankyou

I dont think i got a recovery disc and if i did i have no idea where it is, is there any other way of restoring the factory settings?

hi there,

use you recovery disk that came

with it during purchase

boot from it and follow onscreen instructions

make backup as all will be deleted
