Fan is still running after playing game

Hello,
this all I can do..
about 2 months ago..my pc couldn't start even show a screen..
when I pushed power button, generally we will hear 'beep' once..but it was 'beep' repeatly and then turn off automaticly..My friend helped me, he just clean up my VGA card that has covered up with dust..
Finally my computer has fixed..but one problem occure..
usually when I play a game such GTA IV,nba 2k10,pes 2010..the fan run fast..I don't know which fan, but I think it is my VGA card fan..and after I exit or close the game, the fan will be cooling down..as normal as my pc do nothing..but Now, this fan is still running fast after I play a game. One way to cooling down this fan is by shut down my pc or standby..
what should I do?? can anyone help me??
my vga card is EN9600GT matrix..

hi there,

you can add more fans to your system

and you will need to change the power

supply with a higher capacity

I'll try to clean up my cpu first..

I wish I don't need to spend money to fix this =P

why I should add more fans to the system???
is cleaning the cpu,can solve this problem??
The only way to stop fan run to loud..is standby..
is it good if I often standby my system..
