It is impossible for you to update the Flash Player at the moment as the only way it can be updated is in the PS3 Firmware updates provided by Sony.
The new version of Adobe Flash Player has been greatly anticipated by PS3 users as watching many flash-based videos and playing flash-based games is pretty impossible at the moment.
So I hope they update it soon.
