The initial problem was it prompt me the message that file SKU011.CAB is missing. I following the instructions on this forum discussion:
In start / execute : Regedit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> Software -> Microsoft -> Office -> 11.0 -> Delivery
You should have this key 90000409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9
clik on it and (at the right of your screen), right clik on CDCache key.
and type 0 as new value
After that, I tried to open excel 2003 again but this time it is prompting me this message "Error 1311. Source file not found: D:\MSOCache\All Users\90000404-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9\E2561415.CAB. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it."
Can you kindly help me on this error message?
