Pc wont start

Hello,
hi there i recently built a pc which worked fine for about a week but now it wont even turn on
it starts for about a tenth of a second alll fans kick in then immedietly is dies all of the euipment listed below are new
os: win 7
mo:asus p6t x58 rampage extreme 2
cpu:intel i7quad 920
ram cosair dominator dhx ddr3 1866mhz
psu cosair 850w modular
hdd samsung spinpiont f1 750gb
western digital 160gb
cooler:noctua nhu12p sei1366
please help cheers
