Hello,
I was playing music from an audio CD and it made a few noises. When I wanted to replace it the DVD tray could not open

on the DVDROM at the front there is a little hole, poke something in there which will release the tray.

hi there,

its either a mechanical problem or

some programs do not allow ejecting cd without

stopping the music and closing the application

restart computer worked for me
