DELL VGA DISPLAY IN SIX DIFFFERENT WINDOWS

Hello,
am really having a hard time with my dell latitude d630 laptop. The displays is so bad I can't see my system MAKE when it boots up BUT I can actually play music, I can't just see the applications in my systems. AND when I tried to flash the BIOS earlier b4 the display got worse it wouldn't saying the battery is dead while in actual sence the battery last for 45 minutes.please any help or opinion will be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance........ GURUS
