Cant instoll windows vista

Hello,
hi there i brought a acer aspire revo r3600 brand new and im havein major problems with it when i started it up for the first time i got to my desktop page and cant find my files for my computer i.e. no start menu. can not get my cd drive to work and cant instol windows vista also on start up i have warning message ( mgr boot missing ) have tride to restor to factorie setting but no good can anyone help please thanks

I guess the message "boot missing" means your windows vista dvd is not bootable and you have to find another one.
