Internet Explorere will not download anything

Hello,

I can't download anything, I keep getting the error message "Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later".

Dear Kendra,

Please deactivate the firewall to see whether you can download

properly then. Still check whether the downloads have not been

blocked by any add ons.
