Hello,
i have got maxx MX463 mobile....i have connected it to my pc infected with virus...
so some virus program has been installed named gb_en.smd.... eventhough i delete, it comes again and again.....how can i get rid of it....? pl rply...

hi there,

reset the mobile phone to factory default settings

this will fix the issue
