Not opening folder in E drive

Hello,
Hello friends in my E drive I installed a windows genuine software, on this software folder, I kept my games folder exactly about 300 games above. It is not opening. The system says Access is denied. It can't replacing or anything to do it. Please send me the answer to this email------ babu4dorababu@gmail.com------. Please I need my friends help.
