Mointor goes black every 30 minutes

Hello,
Yes the users monitor's screen saver and background goes black every thirty minutes when she is working . she has to go in to it and reset the screen saver. tried different things but it still goes black after the 30 minutes. but you can still see the icons but not what she was working on, any help or suggestions will be appreciated, thankyou. oscar
