Hello,
My computer keeps shutting off when I turn it on. it goes to windows then shuts itself down. i have tried removing the battery and plugging it directly in and that is not doing anthing. the fan is working . how do I stop this.

hi there,

is it hot when its shut down by itself?

have you cleaned the air filter for the cooler fan?

please give more information
