Factory reset problems with Dimension C521

Alright, I have been trying to factory reset my Dimension C521 Dell Computer for about 3 hours.
I keep getting this Diskette 0 seek error and I go into my F2 menu to turn this floppy disk drive off. Then I try and Factory Reset AGAIN. Yet again it says the Diskette error, when I go back into my F2 menu it has been turned on again. Any suggestions?

hi there,

unplug the floppy drive and boot

from your recovery disc and make your recovery to factory default
