System problem no cd recovery back up

Hello,
please help me, can i download a cd recovery system online for my acer aspire 2920? my laptop hang then i unplug the AC then when i turn in on, i just see the cursor no display.. the problem was i have no recovery back up.. what shuld i do? thanks
