Hello,
i need information about recovery in compaq laptop .
before the format i have used windows vista because of desktop virus i have formatted so recovery in hard disk itself the have option to recovery but the drive is hidden pressing f11 it is not working

hi there,
you hve formatted the system with other installation disc
thus the recovery partition is still there
which is of no use
to get it working you need to boot from recovery disk if you created
it will set all to factory settings including F11 recovery option
with recovery manager in program list
