Hello,

We just purchased a new computer with Windows 7. Our MFC-8460n will not connect due to imcompatible software or drivers. Is there a special driver needed for Windows 7? Where can I find a website to download? Thank you.

you need to install driver compatible to windows 7 for the printer

download it from official manufacturer website if available:

https://www.brother-usa.com/brother-support
