Partition Problem.Closed

Hello,
I'm newbie, and i have a question, is it this software would work fine in windows 7 @home premium 64-bit? and when i used this software it took to long to restart, so i switch it off >.<. if possible, can anyone teach me how to make a new partition. btw i'm using paragon hard disk manager.
my laptop specfication:-

Intel Core 2 Dua Processor 2.2Ghz 800 MHz
Memory 4 GB RAM
storage 500 GB HDD.

hi there,

best way to create a partition in vista and windows 7 is 

to create it without software 

just right click on my computer>manage>

disk management>

right click on drive c: select shrink

then a raw partition will be created 

now right click on the raw partition and select create partition 

select size and you have done it
