When switch on green light quickly goes off

Hello,
Hi Can anyone cant help me. when I turn on my monitor the green light comes on for a second and then goes off and the orange light is on. I changed the monitor for another one and the same thing happens so it it must be a problem with the computer. As I cant see the screen I cant investigate the settings on the PC. Anyone got any advice?

hi there,

the problem is with your cpu

and it may be either power supply, memory stick or video card

please check by doing elimination of the hardware
