The vista on my laptop is expired

Hello,
i used hp pavilion dv6000.the system came with vista and i upgraded it with window xp,after a while,it was corrupted and i formated it but the vista i installed now is expired and i could not even installed any on it now becos i can not log in.pls help me out.

and what you mean by vista expired?

do you have vista sticker on your laptop?
