E MAIL SET UP/KS 360 problems

Hello,
I have bought the ks360 through virgin mobile,they cant help with internet,or e mailing.Can anyone please give me some hints how to get e mail up and running/phone wont send,.no g mail either.your help will be nuch appreciated.thanks

hi there,

you need to activate the service on your mobile first then configure your email

contact your network provider for the settings

Many thanks for your advice regarding my e mail problems,I did what you had suggested and was able to retrieve mail from my home site to mobile,but still cannot send.After more investigation i found that my SSL is locked to off,when i asked the virgin tech team, they said i was stuck with it and they(not supprisingly)could no longer help me!.My mates 360 will send but not retrieve?Is there any way in your knowledge that i can override the SSL option and open my lg for e mail i can send...Beware! virgin offer e mail settings and that is all,no back up,and they piggyback on yahoo.. again.. your help would be very much appreciated.many thanks,slim
