Hello,
i reformatted my laptop and i tried to install the Audio driver, i couldn't; the report it came with is, "Driver installation failed: Could not find the MEDIA device for this driver.
please how can i fix it.

you may be install incorrect driver for laptop and os

please give model and series of laptop as well as os installed
