Problem with 2gp pendrive

Hello,
i'm having transcend 2gp pen drive. if i insert the pen drive in my system its not showing pen drive option .its not working.can u help me

change usb ports or

roll back any recent updates done

also try it on other computer if still not detected then you need to change it
