Hello,
In my excel sheet in A row i have Names and in B row i have only address, i want to merg both the row in as singl row can it posible?? any formula or macro?? plz help me...

suppose the data starts from row no. 2 with row 1 having column headings

in C2 or any empty cell in the same row copy this formula 

=A2&" "&B2
